As a Software Reverse Engineer, Lead, you will join a contract team supporting a DoD client to perform in-depth technical evaluations of foreign computer and network technologies. You will analyze software capabilities and vulnerabilities of non-US warfighting subsystems using program code disassembly and reverse engineering. Your daily responsibilities include authoring Scientific and Technical Intelligence assessments, identifying cybersecurity issues via the cyber-kill chain, and analyzing weapon systems, C4 networks, printed circuit boards, microprocessors, and FPGAs. You will extract firmware and analyze software to determine system performance. Required skills include proficiency in C++, Python, Java, or GO; experience with disassemblers, debuggers, and tools like Wireshark or BurpSuite; and knowledge of hardware such as DSPs and SDRs. Candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance and have extensive experience in software design, development, or reverse engineering.
