Software QE Manager, Input Experience

What you'll do

• Manage a team of 8-10 QA Engineers focused on functional testing for iOS and macOS.
• Develop, modify, and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and programs.
• Coordinate and optimize testing efforts within a cross-functional environment.
• Collaborate with automation teams to create and plan testing coverage strategies.
• Review test plans and related documentation to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide formal sign-offs at key milestones.
• Process data from multiple sources to draw conclusions and present recommendations to leadership.
• Report on testing status and escalate critical issues as they arise.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years leading a Test Engineering/QA or Software Engineering team.
• Advanced proficiency with iOS, macOS, or other operating systems such as Unix/Linux (preferred).
• Deep understanding of SQA methodologies and practices (preferred).
• Experience with Scripting or Programming Languages including Swift, Objective C, Python or JavaScript (preferred).
• Experience testing machine learning solutions (preferred).
• Proven track record to attract, hire, motivate and develop the best quality minded individuals (preferred).
• Executive-level presentation skills and excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills (preferred).
