As a Software QA Engineer on the System Integration Test team, you will ensure seamless connectivity for the wireless portfolio by performing end-to-end validation of access points, controllers, and cloud-managed platforms. You will develop and execute sophisticated system-level test plans to identify high-impact defects while integrating agentic AI into CI/CD pipelines to automate test generation and accelerate failure analysis. The role requires proficiency in Python for automated testing, as well as experience with Linux command-line environments. Essential technical skills include knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, switching, routing, and authentication protocols, alongside Wi-Fi and IEEE 802.11 standards. You will also utilize tools like Wireshark and iPerf to troubleshoot network devices. The work focuses on ensuring reliable performance in complex, large-scale deployments by solving critical connectivity challenges within the wireless networking domain.
Validate end-to-end wireless solutions to ensure reliability and performance in real-world network environments.
Develop and execute sophisticated system-level test plans to identify high-impact defects early.
Integrate agentic AI into CI/CD pipelines to automate test generation and accelerate failure analysis.
Conduct root-cause investigations for technical issues in collaboration with development teams.
Use Python to build and integrate automated tests into the testing workflow.
Troubleshoot network devices and protocols within a Linux command-line environment.
Monitor and analyze wireless signals using tools like Wireshark and spectrum analyzers.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in the field.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, switching, routing, and authentication protocols.
Knowledge of Wi-Fi and IEEE 802.11 standards.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices within a Linux command-line environment.
Experience in scripting or programming with Python to build and integrate automated tests.
Experience testing enterprise-grade wireless access points or LAN controllers (preferred).
Deep technical knowledge of Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, WPA2/WPA3, RADIUS, and EAP; experience with agentic AI workflows, RAG, and network-debugging tools (preferred).
