Software Product Manager Graduate

What you'll do

• Manage product roadmaps and lifecycle processes for software products.
• Gather requirements and translate them into user stories and technical specifications.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Conduct customer research and data analysis to inform product decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver results in complex environments.
• Develop executive-level presentations and facilitate workshops for stakeholders.
• Analyze product metrics and KPIs to drive continuous process improvement.

What we're looking for

• Must have completed or be in the process of completing a university degree or higher.
• Degree must be completed prior to the start date.
• Must have no more than 24 months of professional work experience related to the specific role applied for.
• Must have graduated from a university program within the last 12 months.
• Preferred majors include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Economics, or Mathematics/Statistics (preferred).
• Project experience demonstrating strong analytical, modeling, and research skills (preferred).
• Strong executive-level presentation, public speaking, and cross-functional team collaboration skills (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.
