What you'll do

Gather requirements and manage the product backlog using Jira and Confluence.
Develop product roadmaps and manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Conduct customer and user research to identify needs and pain points.
Perform data analysis and A/B testing to inform product decisions.
Create and manage user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Communicate with stakeholders to align on product goals and technical requirements.
Apply UX/UI principles to ensure high-quality user experiences.
Analyze product metrics and KPIs to track performance and success.

What we're looking for

Must have completed or be in the process of completing a university degree or higher.
Must complete the degree prior to the start date.
Must have no more than 24 months of professional work experience related to the specific graduate role.
Must have graduated from a university program no more than 12 months prior to the start date.
Preferred majors include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Economics, or Mathematics/Statistics (preferred).
Preferred to have project experience demonstrating strong analytical, modeling, and research skills (preferred).
Preferred to have strong executive-level presentation, public speaking, and cross-functional team delivery skills (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree.
