What you'll do

Lead the incorporation of Boeing Enterprise Software Design Practices into satellite software development lifecycle.
Formalize and approve engineering artifacts and documentation for use by software teams and customers.
Guide software teams on process adherence, supporting compliance reviews and audits.
Design and implement tooling to generate and collect metrics required by measurement plans.
Train software teams on new and emerging processes to ensure engineering excellence.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in systems engineering or software development for space-based or ground-based systems.
Active Secret Clearance required.
Proficiency with Boeing Enterprise Software Design Practices (DPs) and GitLab ecosystem.
Experience leading projects and teams through the software development lifecycle using modern methodologies.
Expertise in satellite software domain, Agile development, DevSecOps principles, and U.S. Government contracts.
