  • Strong understanding of data quality, monitoring, performance optimization, and DevOps practices
  • Ability to mentor developers, provide architectural input, and lead discussions on tactical vs. strategic decisions
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field with a commitment to engineering excellence through standards for testing and delivery
