What we're looking for

7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in computer science.
Advanced proficiency in Java and understanding of memory management, multi-threading, profiling, thread pools, connection pools, and HTTP protocols.
Experience with SpringBoot, non-relational databases like DynamoDB, caching datastores such as Redis, and modern DevOps tools including Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and test solutions in a high-throughput, low-latency microservices environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide team members on system and API design best practices.
Experience with data streaming mechanisms such as Apache Kafka or Kinesis and cloud platforms like AWS.
