What you'll do

Provide accurate estimations for quality assurance activities to project managers.
Develop comprehensive performance plans and scripts for web, middle-tier, and backend systems.
Execute performance tests and manage the lifecycle of identified defects.
Build automated tools for performance test data creation, destruction, and maintenance.
Analyze system logs and large datasets to identify performance bottlenecks.
Manage and mentor team members on small to medium sized projects.
Identify and document risks while negotiating solutions to ensure project success.
Implement improvements for software test design, coverage, and automation practices.

What we're looking for

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience and training.
ISTQB CT-PT Certification (preferred).
3+ years practical experience in performance testing.
1+ years experience building and tuning agents in an agentic framework.
Proficiency with at least one scripting language such as Java, Groovy, or JavaScript.
Proficiency with performance testing tools like LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, or JMeter.
Experience building and operating AI agents to accomplish performance tasks (highly desired).
Experience in the vacation ownership or hospitality industry (preferred).
