What you'll do

Executes software installations and upgrades for Varian products in various environments.
Troubleshoots and diagnoses issues during software installation and upgrade processes.
Documents all tasks and updates customer system inventories according to quality procedures.
Maintains current knowledge of Varian products through training and certification programs.
Provides technical guidance and support to less experienced Installation Representatives.

What we're looking for

Proficient in Microsoft server operating systems and networking techniques
Experience with Citrix and VMWare technologies
Ability to perform software installations and upgrades independently
Strong customer service skills and professional communication abilities
Fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken
Must meet all vendor credentialing requirements for client access
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
