Software Installation Engineer - Southwest Region

What you'll do

• Executes on-site and remote software installations and upgrades for Varian products.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses issues during installation processes independently.
• Documents all tasks and updates customer system inventories accurately.
• Maintains current knowledge of Varian products through training and certification.
• Escalates technical problems using prescribed procedures and requests assistance when needed.

What we're looking for

• Proficient in Microsoft server operating systems and networking techniques.
• Experience with Citrix and VMWare technologies required.
• Ability to perform on-site software installations and upgrades independently.
• Must maintain current knowledge of Varian products through training and certification.
• Fluent in local language and English, both written and spoken.
• Capable of meeting vendor credentialing requirements for client access.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer focus.
