What you'll do

  • Build and maintain automated provisioning workflows for multi-account cloud environments.
  • Author and test pre-approved Infrastructure-as-Code templates enforcing strict standards.
  • Integrate automated security scanning and policy evaluations into developer CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop failover mechanisms and real-time operational intelligence integrations with enterprise WorkOS.
  • Ensure resilience and observability in data-plane-driven automated systems.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of software engineering or Site Reliability Engineering experience in large-scale cloud environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code and managing state in distributed architectures.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages for automation tooling and API integrations.
  • Proven experience operating multi-region active-active cloud environments with automated disaster recovery tests.
  • Deep understanding of GitOps workflows and integrating infrastructure guardrails into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
