What you'll do

Design and develop high-performance calculation engines and services for fixed income indices.
Architect and oversee analytics services while balancing latency, throughput, cost, and accuracy.
Implement end-to-end data lineage, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and auditability across models.
Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions and machine learning models for financial data processing.
Lead initiatives to modernize existing systems and adopt new technologies for better scalability.
Mentor junior developers and quantitative developers to foster technical growth and quality.
Drive technical excellence through code reviews and by establishing best practices for system reliability.

What we're looking for

10+ years of software development experience with Enterprise Java Development including Java 17/21, concurrency, JVM tuning, and memory management.
Experience with enterprise frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Quarkus, Micronaut, or Jakarta EE.
Proficiency in distributed systems architecture, microservices, RESTful APIs, and message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Apache Pulsar, or Amazon SQS.
Hands-on experience building, deploying, and integrating AI/ML models, generative AI, or AI-driven analytics into enterprise software platforms.
Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with deep hands-on proficiency in AWS for distributed systems.
Extensive experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
Proven expertise in fixed income system design and analytics.
Experience in financial services, Python, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD platforms (preferred).
