What you'll do

Drive the evolution of Slack’s AI and ML platform to a self-service, developer-friendly environment.
Build and maintain SDKs and CI/CD pipelines for easy integration of AI into product workflows.
Manage integrations with managed AI services across multiple cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Design and operate quality evaluation frameworks for AI features to ensure reliability and user experience.
Collaborate closely with ML modeling and product engineering teams to meet evolving technical needs.

What we're looking for

Experience building developer tooling and CI/CD pipelines to enhance engineering speed and quality.
Proficiency in Python, PHP, or Hacklang with experience in infrastructure as code practices.
Strong background in operationalizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and integrating cloud provider APIs.
Expertise in AI quality evaluation frameworks and prompt engineering infrastructure for ML workflows.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across diverse teams and stakeholders.
