What we're looking for
- 10+ years of software development experience with strong Java skills.
- Expertise in AI/ML, including evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Ability to deliver practical solutions and follow up with enhancements.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on quality improvement.
- Experience designing and implementing AI/ML-based validation frameworks.
- Fluent in automation technologies such as JUnit, Jest, Selenium, and Jenkins.
