What you'll do

Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of complex enterprise applications using the Pega Platform.
Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions for banking onboarding, compliance, and servicing workflows.
Develop sophisticated Case Management, Business Process Management (BPM), and decisioning capabilities within the platform.
Build and maintain application components including Data Pages, Data Transforms, Decision Tables, and Report Definitions.
Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML, and DX APIs.
Develop responsive user interfaces utilizing Pega UI/SAIL and Constellation-based experiences.
Perform application performance tuning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
Manage deployments across environments using Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
5+ years of overall software development experience in enterprise application environments.
3-4+ years of hands-on development experience using the Pega Platform to build workflow-driven business applications.
Expertise in Pega 7.x, 8.x, and modern Pega Infinity 24+ capabilities including Constellation and UI/SAIL.
Proficiency in designing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML, and DX APIs.
Strong knowledge of SQL for querying, reporting, and performance optimization with relational databases like Oracle or SQL Server.
Working knowledge of Java/J2EE, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for platform extension and front-end customization.
One or more Professional Pega certifications such as CSA, CSSA, CLSA, or CPDC.
