What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain policy-as-code solutions to enable automated governance and compliance.

  • Embed security policies into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevSecOps and pipeline engineering teams.
  • Manage and operate within containerized and cloud-native environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS or Azure.
  • Apply UI/UX design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices and standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of relevant or direct industry experience.
  • Proficiency in front-end JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Experience with Golang and NoSQL database systems like MongoDB.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and using version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
  • Experience with rule engines, policy-as-code frameworks, or compliance automation tools (preferred).
  • Background in security, governance, or compliance-focused engineering (preferred).
