What we're looking for

  • A BS in a technical field, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or a PhD in a relevant field.
  • At least 6 years of post-Bachelor’s software development experience is required for candidates with a BS degree.
  • Strong proficiency in modern C++ development and core computer science fundamentals.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
  • Understanding of AI systems and agentic workflows including tool use and context management.
  • Experience with 3D engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • Experience with build systems (CMake, Conan) and developer infrastructure (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
