What you'll do

Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify computer programs for commercial or end-user applications.
Write code and complete programming tasks while performing testing and debugging of applications.
Create documentation and procedures for software installation and maintenance.
Interface with users to define system requirements and necessary modifications.
Develop cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for software projects as needed.
Utilize Generative AI tools to support development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation tasks.
Lead root cause analysis and defect resolution activities.
Review and provide feedback on code, test designs, and test cases.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C/C++, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or HTML (preferred).
Experience in Java/J2EE and JavaScript (preferred).
Experience with Angular, NodeJS, Spring, MySQL, and Linux (preferred).
Experience writing automation tools using Selenium, Java, REST APIs, Python, Groovy, and related technologies (preferred).
Demonstrated experience using Generative AI and AI-assisted engineering tools to improve software development and productivity.
Solid understanding of software engineering concepts, methodologies, and Agile development practices (preferred).
Ability to work effectively across Development, Quality Assurance, automation testing, and production support functions.
