Strong foundational knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), and telecom management tools.
Practical proficiency with CI/CD tooling, infrastructure automation, scripting (Python, Bash, etc.), and automated testing frameworks.
Demonstrated agility in evaluating and adopting emerging AI technologies, LLM APIs, or intelligent AIOps tools for software workflows.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage external vendors, Tier-1 carriers, and internal cross-functional teams.
Willingness to dedicate 30–40% of the working schedule to off-hours/night maintenance windows.
