Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Implement business requirements in Salesforce using LWC frameworks and AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
• Develop custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and reports based on specific application requirements.
• Engineer complex solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, and JavaScript to overcome platform limitations.
• Integrate third-party APIs and manage data flows between Excel/VBA systems and Salesforce.
• Create technical documentation, workflow documents, and end-user guides for all developed features.
• Perform rapid prototyping and iterative development in collaboration with business and product managers.
• Manage deployments using GitHub with Gearset integrations while following established JLL best practices.

What we're looking for

• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and out-of-the-box functionality is required.
• Expertise in Force.com Platform including Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, Aura, LWC Components, and JavaScript is required.
• Proficiency in designing custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and reporting tools is required.
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP) and third-party API integrations is required.
• Knowledge of deployment patterns using GitHub with Gearset integrations is required.
• Expertise in AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor is required.
• Background knowledge of commercial real estate and GSE Agency financing activities is required.
