What you'll do

Develop and configure minimalistic code for software components using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Design and implement REST API Web Services and integrate them with Apache Kafka.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Maven, and Gradle.
Create scripts to automate repetitive tasks for testing, deployment, and business data migration.
Identify, create, and execute test cases using JUnit and Mockito to detect and fix software defects.
Deploy and manage applications using Docker containers, Kubernetes, and various SQL/NoSQL databases.
Monitor application performance and logs using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
Translate high-level feature requirements into actionable engineering tasks and maintain technical documentation in Jira.

What we're looking for

Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 2 years of experience in software engineering.
Experience designing and implementing REST API Web Services using Java.
Experience developing and maintaining applications in Microservice architecture using IntelliJ with Spring Boot frameworks.
Experience using Apache Kafka and integrating with Microservices to enhance business logic.
Experience developing and configuring CI/CD pipelines to build and deploy applications using Jenkins and GitLab.
Experience persisting and maintaining business data in SQL (Azure SQL and Oracle) and NoSQL databases (Azure Cosmos DB and Elasticsearch).
Experience creating and deploying applications in Docker containers using Kubernetes on Cloud platforms.
