What you'll do

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field plus 2 years of experience.
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is also accepted.
Must have experience developing and designing advanced security features for REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Node JS.
Must have experience designing and developing IVR Call Flows using NICE InContact Studio and Avaya Telephony platforms.
Must have experience coding in Object-Oriented Programming languages such as Java or C#.
Must have experience developing applications using Java, C#, Node JS, Reach JS, and Cloud Native applications using Azure.
Must have experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Must have experience with RDBMS Databases (MSSQL, DB2, JDBC) and monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk.
