What you'll do

Design, code, test, and deliver software using firm-wide frameworks and best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring all design constraints are met.
Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and test code while validating outputs for security.
Gather and analyze large data sets to develop visualizations and reporting for continuous system improvement.
Identify hidden patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
Execute technical troubleshooting and develop solutions for complex problems across multiple business functions.
Collaborate with the Business Analysis team to produce estimates and agile delivery plans.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform implementation, including scripting, configuration, and custom widgets.
Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, Java, PHP, or Python.
Proficiency in database querying languages and experience with system design, application development, and testing.
Strong grounding in agile delivery, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Demonstrated knowledge of a technical discipline such as cloud, AI/ML, or mobile.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to generate, validate, and refine code.
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies, cloud technologies, and ServiceNow Service Portal implementation (preferred).
