What you'll do

Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with firmwide frameworks and engineering standards.
Develop high-quality, maintainable solutions using JavaScript and Angular/AngularJS development patterns.
Build modular, reusable components and configurations focused on upgrade-safe patterns.
Create and maintain automated tests and perform manual validation to support reliable releases.
Integrate ServiceNow with upstream and downstream systems using APIs and scalable data patterns.
Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement durable fixes.
Contribute to operational readiness by creating runbooks, monitoring considerations, and release checklists.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and practical feedback to strengthen team workflows.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on experience implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong JavaScript proficiency.
Practical experience with Angular/AngularJS patterns relevant to ServiceNow UI development.
Experience across the SDLC in an agile environment.
Experience building and supporting integrations using APIs (e.g., REST/SOAP) and related authentication/error-handling patterns.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools with the ability to validate outputs for security and performance.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS–ITSM (preferred).
