What you'll do

Write secure, high-quality code using Java and React with limited guidance.
Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS.
Execute software solutions, design, and technical troubleshooting for Transformative AI applications.
Use enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and test code while validating all outputs.
Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation and operational stability.
Gather and synthesize data from diverse sources to drive continuous software improvement.
Proactively identify and solve technical problems to improve system architecture and coding hygiene.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced skills in Java 11+, Spring Boot, and AWS for developing, debugging, and maintaining code in large corporate environments.
Intermediate-level familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments.
Strong coding fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
Experience across the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Experience with Transformative AI or LLM-driven solutions.
Familiarity with React, Infrastructure as Code, API development, event-driven architectures, and financial services domains (preferred).
