As a Software Engineer III within the Commercial Real Estate Technology Group, you will join an agile team focused on designing and delivering secure, scalable software components for state-of-the-art technology products. Your daily responsibilities include executing software solutions, performing technical troubleshooting, and creating high-quality production code while maintaining complex algorithms. You will produce architecture artifacts, develop visualizations from large datasets, and leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools for code generation, refactoring, and unit test creation. The role requires hands-on experience with Java, Python, ReactJS, Spring Boot, and REST services within a microservice architecture. You must demonstrate proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle, CI/CD, and application resiliency while ensuring responsible AI usage and secure coding standards are maintained across all technical deliverables and system designs.

What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Strong experience with Java, Python, and ReactJS.
Strong experience with Spring Boot, web development, REST services, and microservice development.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, validate, and refine outputs for correctness and security.
Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency expectations.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies, CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security (preferred).
