As a Software Engineer III - AEM Developer within the Commercial and Investment Bank, you will join an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You will build and enhance scalable applications on the Digital Platform Services Content Platform, which powers client-facing websites and enables content delivery across the full trade lifecycle. Your daily responsibilities include executing software solutions, troubleshooting complex problems, and writing reusable, testable code while utilizing enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve productivity. You must possess experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, Adobe Experience Manager building blocks like templates and components, and modern programming languages. Additionally, you will leverage CI/CD pipelines and potentially utilize Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and AEM Headless capabilities including GraphQL APIs to optimize digital experiences.
Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronized algorithms for large-scale systems.
Build and enhance scalable applications on the AEM as a Cloud Service platform.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and document code while ensuring security standards.
Implement automated testing and peer review processes to validate AI-generated outputs.
Optimize application performance and contribute to high-level solution designs.
Integrate Adobe Experience Manager building blocks into client-facing digital experiences.
Manage the full software development lifecycle including CI/CD, resiliency, and security protocols.
What we're looking for
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
3+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database querying languages.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to generate, refactor, and test code.
Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
Hands-on experience delivering solutions specifically on AEM as a Cloud Service.
Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Manager building blocks, core frameworks, and the AEM development process.
