What you'll do

Design and develop secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms.
Build and enhance scalable applications on the AEM as a Cloud Service platform.
Execute technical troubleshooting and break down complex problems using non-conventional approaches.
Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and document code.
Validate AI-generated outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code while contributing to solution design and performance optimization.
Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation and delivery speed across complex deliverables.
Identify and prioritize business needs by working closely with stakeholders and small engineering teams.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to generate, validate, and refine code and documentation.
Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and security expectations.
Hands-on experience delivering solutions on AEM as a Cloud Service.
Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Manager building blocks, core frameworks, and the AEM development/deployment process.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security (preferred).
