What you'll do

Build and improve services, automation, and developer tooling for safe production software releases.
Develop reliable deployment capabilities including progressive rollouts, health analysis, and automated rollbacks.
Improve visibility into releases, configurations, and production states for engineering teams.
Diagnose recurring issues to improve the reliability, performance, and observability of Delivery systems.
Replace manual release workflows with reusable, self-service capabilities to simplify the path to production.
Identify and implement opportunities for AI-enabled automation to make software delivery faster and safer.
Independently deliver well-scoped engineering projects from technical design through production operation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or its equivalent).
3 years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience developing production software using one or more general-purpose programming languages.
Experience designing, building, testing, and operating production software or infrastructure.
Experience working with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, deployment systems, developer tooling, or backend services.
Experience independently delivering well-scoped software engineering projects from technical design through production operation.
Demonstrated experience using AI assisted development tools across multiple stages of the software engineering lifecycle.
Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, containers, infrastructure as code, or GitOps tools like Argo CD and Helm (preferred).
