What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern programming language, specifically Go or Java.
Experience building and scaling systems using high-volume data pipelines and streaming technologies.
Experience with cloud-native architecture, including containerization via Docker and Kubernetes.
Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
Proficiency in performance tuning and observability practices for high-availability production systems.
Strong communication skills to articulate complex architectural decisions to diverse stakeholders.
