What we're looking for

Strong engineering background in fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
3+ years of experience working with programming languages including Python, C++, Rust, Go, or JavaScript.
Experience building software solutions involving significant amounts of data processing and analysis.
Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred experience in Physics, Mathematics, or Motion Planning for modeling and simulation.
Preferred experience developing multi-agent autonomous systems and deploying them in real-world environments.
Preferred knowledge of distributed communication networks, message standards, and military operational tactics.
