Senior Software Engineer, Agentic AI, AI & Data Platforms

What you'll do

• Design and maintain backend services and orchestration systems for multi-agent AI workflows.
• Build reliable systems that integrate large language models into developer tools and services.
• Implement cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices to scale AI services.
• Develop agentic AI features using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases into production systems.
• Build REST or GraphQL APIs and microservices for the developer experience platform.
• Create front-end tools to accelerate internal app development processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of industry experience in software engineering or machine learning.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents with LLMs using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, or CrewAI.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Python, Java, Go, Node.js, or TypeScript.
• Expertise in designing and developing distributed systems, backend services, and APIs in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of vector databases, memory systems, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
