What you'll do

Develop and maintain core services for flagship products like Photoshop and Lightroom.
Build scalable backend services using Rust and Python.

Design, develop, and consume REST APIs to support internal and external customers.
Manage infrastructure components including Application Load Balancers (ALBs) and traffic routing.
Execute CI/CD pipelines to build, test, and deploy applications across environments.
Participate in architectural discussions to solve complex technical challenges and drive consensus.

What we're looking for

5–6 years of experience as a backend-focused software engineer.
Strong proficiency in Rust and Python for developing scalable backend services.
Experience integrating and working with machine learning models in production systems.
Strong understanding of database performance and query optimization for large datasets.
Hands-on experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.
Experience with Application Load Balancers (ALBs) and understanding traffic routing and health checks.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across environments.
Proficiency with Git and GitHub for collaborative development and code review.
Experience with Drupal or WordPress plugins (preferred).
Familiarity with GitOps or equivalent experience (preferred).
Proven understanding of Docker and containerization (preferred).
Experience with instrumentation, metrics, and tools like Splunk and New Relic (preferred).
