What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
Foundation in software engineering principles including object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, testing, and system design.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C++.
Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI-powered applications, including work with generative AI, LLMs, AI assistants, agents, prompt engineering, or RAG solutions.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and deliver results with accountability.
Experience developing AI-powered solutions using modern AI/ML frameworks, including workflow automation and recommendation systems (preferred).
Knowledge of cloud and software engineering practices including APIs, microservices, containers, CI/CD, and data platforms (preferred).
