As a senior Software DevOps Engineer, Networking, you will join the infrastructure and DevOps team to manage how networking software for NVLink and InfiniBand switch management is built, tested, and released. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines across GitLab CI, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions while managing Kubernetes-based build fleets, container registries, and artifact repositories. Your daily work involves integrating quality and security gates, such as static analysis and vulnerability scanning, into every pipeline. You will automate the provisioning of hardware and simulation-based test environments using Ansible and Python. The role requires deep Linux skills on Ubuntu and RHEL, proficiency in Bash, and experience with C++ and Python development workflows. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines across GitLab, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions for networking software products.
Manage the end-to-end release process including packaging, signing, and publishing Debian, RPM, and container images.
Operate and evolve Kubernetes-based build fleets, container registries, and artifact repositories.
Integrate quality and security gates such as static analysis, secret scanning, and vulnerability checks into pipelines.
Automate the provisioning of hardware and simulation-based test environments using Ansible and Python.
Stabilize flaky pipeline lanes and ensure regression results are actionable for product teams.
Implement AI-assisted tooling to automate code reviews, failure triage, and other DevOps workflows.
Establish repository standards including branch protection, code owners, and merge policies.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in DevOps, build and release, or infrastructure engineering roles.
Deep, hands-on Linux skills including shell fluency, system debugging, package management, and container operations.
Strong automation skills using Python and Bash.
Production track record with at least one modern CI system such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes as a platform for CI and infrastructure, plus experience with container registries and artifact repositories.
Solid grounding in computer networking fundamentals and Git-based development workflows.
Experience building/packaging C/C++ projects with CMake and Conan (preferred); familiarity with high-performance networking or switch management software (preferred).
