Software Development Engineer, System Analytics & Intelligence

What you'll do

• Design and operate large-scale data pipelines and transformation workflows for workflow analytics.
• Build backend services and APIs to make data insights accessible to stakeholders.
• Architect systems that ensure reliability, performance, and extensibility as the organization grows.
• Translate complex analytics requirements into scalable technical solutions for engineering teams.
• Manage the ingestion and transformation of raw signals from the development lifecycle.
• Maintain high standards for code correctness and system maintainability in production environments.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience building production software systems, including backend services and APIs, with strong proficiency in Python.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with a demonstrated ability in system design and architecture.
• Hands-on experience building and operating data pipelines with strong SQL skills on modern data platforms like warehouses or lakes.
• Experience with CI/CD and production deployment practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or S3 (preferred).
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Spark) and transformation frameworks (dbt) (preferred).
