Software Developer - Test Engineering

What you'll do

• Execute manual and automated test scripts to verify infotainment functional and performance requirements.
• Configure hardware benches to support specific test scenarios for the infotainment platform.
• Characterize and document defects by identifying reproduction steps and collecting associated test logs.
• Develop and update test cases as required to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Implement new automation scripts to ensure robust features and interfaces.
• Coordinate with multiple engineering fields to facilitate defect resolution.
• Manage weekly build promotions, including sanity test planning and critical issue escalation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information System Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Five years of experience as an Infotainment Test Automation Engineer, Software Quality Assurance Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation (required with Bachelor's).
• Three years of experience as an Infotainment Test Automation Engineer, Software Quality Assurance Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation (required with Master's).
• Three years of experience in automotive testing, Android apps on embedded systems, and vehicle communication protocols like CAN, MOST, and Ethernet.
• Three years of experience in CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins automation servers, and Scrum/Agile software development processes.
• Three years of experience flashing images and setting up hardware for embedded systems.
• Two years of experience writing Python, Java, or Kotlin scripts for test cases under a Continuous Testing Framework.
