What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and debug SDKs, APIs, backend services, and user interfaces for AI applications.
Build tools and capabilities to help developers observe, evaluate, benchmark, and optimize AI agents.
Analyze AI agent behavior including tool usage, execution traces, latency, quality, and cost metrics.
Develop services and APIs to collect and process telemetry and evaluation data from AI systems.
Create automated testing systems for AI agents involving test-case generation and performance benchmarking.
Improve agent quality through prompt optimization, model selection, and automated experimentation.
Build production-quality software using cloud-native technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed services.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Experience in software development using at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, or Rust.
Familiarity with core computer science concepts including data structures, algorithms, APIs, debugging, and software design.
Proficiency with Git or other version-control systems.
Knowledge of front-end, back-end, distributed systems, or cloud application development.
Experience with LLMs, AI agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or related evaluation and optimization tools (preferred).
Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
