Software Developer

What you'll do

• Develop scripts, programs, and automated shared libraries to automate software development and production deployments.
• Create and maintain automated Concourse and GitHub Actions pipeline configurations for Terraform-based systems.
• Build self-healing scripts and tools using Go and Python to optimize platform automation and reduce on-call toil.
• Deliver friction-free CI/CD and deployment experiences for product squads to improve developer velocity.
• Participate in the weekly on-call rotation to resolve automated alerts and maintain platform reliability.
• Update and maintain technical runbooks to ensure high availability and system uptime.
• Design and implement scalable, secure cloud-based solutions across multi-cloud, IaaS, and PaaS environments.

What we're looking for

• Technical Diploma (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience designing and building systems to automate software development, testing, and deployment tasks.
• High proficiency in developing custom scripts and frameworks in Go (golang) or Python with API and webhook integration expertise.
• Practical experience creating automated delivery solutions and optimizing Concourse or GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Ability to deliver robust self-healing and monitoring configurations while balancing technical solutions with business outcomes.
• Experience with HashiCorp Terraform, Kubernetes, SDN, and Network Resiliency concepts (preferred).
• Experience with Kata, Operators, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree.
