What you'll do

Design, implement, and deliver software and firmware to manage GPU-based AI servers.
Develop architectural changes for GPU delivery, health monitoring, triage automation, and diagnostic services.
Build high-performance systems supporting distributed AI/ML/HPC workloads across thousands of GPUs.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues within the full software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with partner teams to deliver high-quality software for managing and repairing GPU systems.
Work with product teams to identify and resolve specific customer issues.
Develop solutions utilizing RoCE and Infiniband technologies for large-scale distributed systems.

What we're looking for

BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field involving coding or equivalent practical experience.
Deep understanding of operating systems, computer networks, and high-performance applications.
6+ years of experience delivering and operating large-scale production systems with over 1000 server instances.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C, C++, GoLang, or shell scripting.
Proven ability to deliver products through the full software development lifecycle.
Strong communication skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
Experience with Linux systems, system-level architecture, and hardware management (preferred).
Familiarity with networking technologies like Infiniband or RoCE and experience with public cloud data planes (preferred).
