As part of the Silicon Technologies group, the SoC Test Engineer will focus on the characterization, qualification, and production of high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip devices. The role involves developing and documenting test plans for new devices while designing and debugging both test software and hardware to ensure quality and efficiency for mass production. Key responsibilities include debugging new silicon, evaluating product testability and operability, and coordinating activities with internal and external groups. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience.
Strong programming skills for writing and debugging test programs and hardware development (preferred).
Proficiency in scripting languages like PERL and high-level languages like C/C++ or Visual Basic (preferred).
Deep understanding of ATE testers, test programs, and semiconductor test methodology (preferred).
Experience working on digital VLSI SoC (preferred).
Deep understanding of electronic engineering fundamentals, design for test, manufacturing concepts, and semiconductor manufacturing processes (preferred).
Ability to work with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers (preferred).
