Technical requirements include experience with reliability hardware, stress pattern setups, and equipment for life, environmental, ESD, and Latch-Up testing. You will also manage qualification preparations involving BIB/Socket, waveforms, electrical bias, thermal effects, lifetime estimation, and HTOL testing to solve complex silicon manufacturing challenges.
