The SME Cyber Network Analyst joins a fast-paced technical team to analyze, engineer, and troubleshoot complex network environments while supporting the integration of advanced cyber capabilities. The work focuses on characterizing cyber outputs, identifying infrastructure dependencies, and translating complex network configurations into actionable operational context to solve challenging technical problems within a high-stakes government defense and intelligence environment.

What you'll do

  • Conduct network surveys and technical assessments to characterize architectures, configurations, and communications pathways.
  • Build and maintain representative laboratory environments to reproduce network configurations and validate technical findings.
  • Analyze complex network environments to map devices, routing relationships, protocols, and infrastructure dependencies.
  • Translate cyber-derived technical outputs into understandable network, system, and operational contexts for analysts and engineers.
  • Perform packet, protocol, traffic, and configuration analysis to troubleshoot complex connectivity or interoperability issues.
  • Configure, administer, and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and other network infrastructure.
  • Develop Python scripts and automation tools to support data processing, monitoring, and recurring administrative workflows.
  • Create technical documentation, network maps, and configuration references to communicate complex architectures and findings.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a current Top Secret/SCI clearance and be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI + Polygraph.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have 15+ years of related experience.
  • Must have a strong practical understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, subnetting, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Must have proficiency with Python or a similar scripting language for technical analysis and workflow automation.
  • Must have strong working knowledge of Linux command-line administration and Windows system administration.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • TS/SCI Clearance with current or willingness to obtain CI polygraph.
