The Senior Cyber IT Infrastructure Analyst provides strategic, technical, and operational support for enterprise cyber planning and mission-focused IT modernization. Working within a complex IT environment, the analyst leads cyber operational planning and mission integration in accordance with Joint Publication 5-0. Key responsibilities include aligning architectural designs with compliance mandates, diagnosing issues across LANs, WANs, cloud environments, data centers, and servers, and implementing security controls. The role requires authoring high-level technical deliverables like CONOPS and Decision Papers for senior leadership. Necessary skills include expertise in enterprise networking, IaaS, PaaS, and data protection processes. Candidates must utilize frameworks like SAFe and ITIL 4 while leveraging technologies such as Azure, AWS, VMware, Oracle, or Cisco to solve complex system integration and modernization challenges.
Lead cyber operational planning and mission integration in accordance with Joint Publication 5-0.
Align architectural designs with leadership intent, compliance mandates, and enterprise goals.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues across LANs, WANs, cloud environments, and data centers.
Implement and optimize security controls and defense mechanisms to accelerate enterprise modernization.
Drive continuous process improvement using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and ITIL 4.
Author high-level technical deliverables including CONOPS, Decision Papers, and Executive Summaries for senior leadership.
Orchestrate cross-functional communications between technical teams and senior decision-makers for large-scale transformations.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
12+ years of relevant experience in cyber planning, enterprise IT, systems integration, network architecture, or related operational support.
Must hold an active TS/SCI US Security Clearance.
Demonstrated working knowledge and practical application of Joint Publication 5-0 (Joint Planning).
Knowledge of networking, cloud, data center, server, and communications systems, as well as common Department of War services and data protection processes.
Experience writing and editing technical documents, CONOPS, and Training Plans for General Officer, Senior Executive, and other decision-maker audiences.
Must possess at least one certification from Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS, VMware, Oracle, Cisco, ITIL 4, PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, CISM, or CISSP.
Expertise in cyber planning for joint or complex missions and knowledge of legacy-to-modernization transition planning (preferred).
