Senior Cybersecurity Analyst
The Senior Cybersecurity Analyst provides strategic, technical, and operational support for enterprise cyber planning, systems integration, and mission-focused IT modernization efforts. Working within a complex environment, the individual leads cyber operational planning and design in accordance with Joint Publication 5-0 while aligning architectural designs with leadership intent and compliance mandates. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing issues across LANs, WANs, cloud environments, data centers, and servers, as well as authoring high-level technical documents like CONOPS and Decision Papers for senior executives. The role requires expertise in IaaS and PaaS technologies, ITIL 4, Scaled Agile Framework, and various certifications such as CISSP or PMP. Candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance and demonstrate proficiency in translating operational requirements into technical solutions while managing large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives involving data protection processes and infrastructure modernization across hybrid environments.
Lead cyber operational planning and mission integration in accordance with Joint Publication 5-0 frameworks.
Align architectural designs with leadership intent while resolving complex issues across LAN, WAN, cloud, and data center environments.
Implement and optimize security controls and defense mechanisms to accelerate enterprise modernization.
Drive continuous process improvement for service delivery and system integration using SAFe and ITIL 4 frameworks.
Author high-level technical deliverables including CONOPS, Decision Papers, and Training Plans for senior executive audiences.
Orchestrate cross-functional communications between technical teams and senior decision-makers to manage large-scale transformation initiatives.
Translate strategic guidance into actionable plans and develop Courses of Action (COAs) for joint operational frameworks.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or higher and 12+ years of experience in cyber planning, enterprise IT, systems integration, network architecture, or related operational support.
Must hold an active TS/SCI US Security Clearance.
Demonstrated working knowledge and practical application of Joint Publication 5-0 (Joint Planning).
Knowledge of networking, cloud, data center, server, and communications systems, as well as common Department of War services and data protection processes.
Experience writing and editing technical documents, CONOPS, and Training Plans for senior leadership audiences.
Must possess at least one certification from: Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS, VMware, Oracle, Cisco, ITIL 4, PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, CISM, or CISSP.
Expertise in cyber planning in joint environments and translating operational requirements into technical solutions (preferred).
Proficiency with enterprise governance, modernization planning, architecture review, and legacy-to-modernization transition planning (preferred).
