Define and document business outcomes and requirements with stakeholders; maintain a portfolio roadmap balancing short-term delivery with long-term goals.
Translate portfolio-level business goals into squad-level objectives with clear traceability to intended results.
Distill complex AI/ML model outputs into user-centric product requirements that business stakeholders understand, trust, and act on.
Serve as the primary point of engagement for VP+ business stakeholders; build trusted relationships and ensure alignment on portfolio direction and progress.
Lead end-to-end portfolio lifecycle from ideation through technical development to full-scale release.
Identify and resolve cross-squad and cross-portfolio conflicts, dependencies, and prioritization trade-offs that cannot be managed at the squad level.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in product management or related field with senior scope
5+ years of hands-on software product management experience in agile environments
Proven track record delivering products using algorithms and AI/ML recommendations
Experience building and leading cross-functional teams using agile frameworks
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, including VP+ stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, translating between technical and business audiences
