Strategy Leader, Clinical Data

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the Clinical Data vision for emerging and mid-sized pharmaceutical companies.
• Drive adoption of new operating models by challenging customers to change traditional ways of thinking.
• Create strategic plans with clinical, data management, and IT leaders to demonstrate customer success.
• Partner with sales teams to identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities.
• Develop value-oriented marketing materials tailored specifically to small and medium-sized sponsors.
• Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to the product team for feature enhancements.
• Leverage professional networks and relationships to accelerate customer adoption of Clinical Data products.
• Monitor industry trends to address specific business challenges faced by clinical research clients.

What we're looking for

• You must have 7+ years of experience in clinical research or healthcare data flow.
• Experience in a customer-facing role at a product company, CRO, or Sponsor is required.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development is desirable.
• Experience in creating study pipelines and selling technology on a study-by-study basis is desirable.
• Industry data management or consulting experience is required.
• You must possess strong communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills.
• You must have the ability to hold meaningful conversations with business and IT executives regarding clinical data.
• Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations is required.
