What you'll do

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow IT Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.

  • Present technical solutions in architecture boards for approval.
  • Refine technical requirements of new stories before development starts.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow IRM and TPRM products.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow IRM modules including risk, compliance, audit workflows.
  • Experience translating regulatory requirements into ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation Specialist in IRM/TPRM.
  • Background supporting highly regulated environments like healthcare or finance.
  • Knowledge of key regulatory frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR for IRM/TPRM.
