What you'll do

  • Support change management processes including disaster recovery testing and deployment coordination.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of professional experience in technical support or IT operations roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Linux/Unix systems and SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, including monitoring tools.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including 24x5 support rotations and on-call responsibilities.
