What you'll do

Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow Developers in technical management roles.
Drive continuous improvements in implementation methodology and service offerings based on client feedback.
Provide thought leadership to solve governance, program/project management, business process, and technical problems.
Architect system solutions with ServiceNow and communicate these effectively to clients.
Identify opportunities for additional value and work internally with account teams to progress initiatives.

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and technical architecture.
At least 8 years of experience driving IT transformation and strategy planning.
Proven leadership in managing teams of ServiceNow Developers as a mentor.
Extensive experience with advanced scripting skills, including JavaScript and SQL.
Demonstrated proficiency in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, and Wagile.
Possession of at least three ServiceNow certifications: System Admin, Application Developer, ITSM.
Strong communication and leadership skills for managing and mentoring teams.
