What you'll do

  • Drive continuous improvements in implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
  • Manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in technical management and mentorship roles.
  • Provide thought leadership by consulting on governance, program/project management, business process, and technical problems.
  • Lead at scale, influencing outcomes across multiple teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Establish and enforce architectural and engineering standards, including conducting code reviews and design reviews.
  • Deliver solutions using Agile delivery models such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid/Wagile environments.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ServiceNow technical roles with end-to-end solution design.
  • At least 8 years driving enterprise IT transformation and platform strategy in consulting or professional services.
  • Proven leadership in mentoring ServiceNow Developers and Technical Architects for quality outcomes.
  • Extensive hands-on experience establishing architectural standards, including code reviews on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Minimum of 6 years delivering solutions using Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid models.
  • Hold at least three ServiceNow certifications: System Administrator/CSA and Application Developer/CAD.
