Expertise in Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Possess advanced skills with ServiceNow Development APIs and Web Service Integration.
Certified in ServiceNow System Administration and Implementation Specialist.
Comfortable presenting to large audiences and experienced in ITIL Foundation.
